WALL INSTALLATION.

R-Seal wall insulation is installed in the wall over the exterior of the building’s framing. We use premium architectural metal panels as finishing material to create a visually appealing look while providing additional protection against weather elements.

ROOF INSTALLATION.

R-Seal roof insulation is installed directly under the roof panels and over open framing. We use the standing seam-bearing plate clip to secure the system and create a seamless insulation layer. This helps maintain the integrity of the building envelope solutions while allowing for thermal movement of the roofing panels. Each R-Seal panel is designed for easy integration and maximum durability.

R Seal® is a comprehensive proprietary building envelope system specially designed for metal roof and wall systems. It consists of a reflective radiant barrier insulation, which lowers the transfer of heat and cold energy, a closed-cell foam core that adds R-value, and a Tape Tab air barrier system that seals the seams and corbels to prevent air movement.

2.6” Tongue & Groove Insulation:

This insulation system features 2.6-inch-thick panels, an R-20 R-value, and a 0.050 U-factor. It uses a tongue-and-groove design for a snug fit. Its seamless joints reduce air leakage and offer enhanced thermal performance.

3” Tongue & Groove Insulation:

The tongue-and-groove joints lock together tightly in this 3-inch-thick system, which features an R-22.5 R-value and a 0.044 U-factor. This R-Seal rigid panel provides a solid barrier against heat loss while boosting energy savings.

4” Shiplap Insulation:

Designed for areas needing more substantial insulation, this 4-inch shiplap system with an R-value of R-30 and a 0.031 U-factor offers durability and a weather-resistant fit. The overlapping design helps block moisture while providing excellent thermal protection.

5” Shiplap Insulation:

This is the thickest insulation system offering an incredible R-value of R-38 and a 0.027 U-factor.
